Participants' primary data were gathered using mixed method approach that used both quantitative and qualitative techniques and adhered to a pragmatic research methodology. A survey questionnaire was distributed to healthcare professionals, and all responses were analysed to determine level of agreement or disagreement with statements related to e-prescriptions, COVID impact and Healthmail usage. The results showed that majority of the participants had a positive approach towards electronic prescriptions and Healthmail usage, with many indicating that the benefits of using these technologies outweighed any drawbacks. The findings suggest that there is a growing acceptance of e-prescriptions after COVID pandemic and Healthmail in healthcare, and that further research and development of these technologies may have the potential to enhance healthcare delivery.
